News "Blog" site

"The project is a news site for games. It has several tabs - for several games. News - will be presented in blog-style. (like in [login to view URL]) Replays - this is a saved game-match. (as seen on [login to view URL] ) - I need two types of replay - for DotA (with 5 variables) and for SC2 with (4 but different variables) Comments - users should be able to comment on replays. User registration - login panel. The same username needs to work in the FORUM too. Admins - I want to be able to post/edit news/replays with TinyMCE integrated in my panel. DotA hero gadget - need a gadget consisting of icons (103 at the moment). When a user clicks on an icon a search query goes for that "hero". Search - need 3 search panes - one for news, one for "DotA" replays and one for "SC2" replays. I have a photoshop file of the website design. The site's code needs to be Search Engine Optimized.
