Php Theme Design

Im looking for someone to totally redo the layout and theme of a free image hosting script i use i have a theme in mind and will be told to the winning bidder i have had the landing page of the website designed and the person was suppose to to the inner script part but after paying him money he decides he does not know how to redesign the php script part and that was the main project. But anyway. The project should not take long to do at all im a web designer by trait but i have so many projects that i have to get this one contracted out , Now listen carefully the person taking this project must be able to work with php, css etc and be able to totally change the look and layout of a php script and know how to make it look professional and nice at the same time.. is what im looking for i need someone with an imagination and that will create me my own unique look not just copy from someone [login to view URL] the person doing the website must create me a logo to go with the theme of the website. And also the inner php image hosting script must go with the theme of the landing page i had created and or i need someone to also modify the landing page and fix anything ther last designer messed up. Like i said job isnt very hard for someone who knows how to design and i look forward to your responses. ive already got over $150 into this project for next to nothing done so im not looking to spend a whole lot more just need a quality worker interested in making some extra cash. Also i have other projects get this one done and done right and ill see about using you again.
