We are in need of a programmer with expertise in PHP, MySQL, Joomla, RPL & Jomres. PROJECT – BID ON THIS: 1. Create a script that can upload properties & photos from a XML feed to my RPL component in Joomla 1.7. (get data to & from any site that support XML query) 2. Finish my new Joomla 1.7 site including transferring the properties & content from my old HTML site which does not support FTP, but the properties are ready on a XML feed. 3. Before transferring the properties, I would need you to ad a few additional items under “Features” & “Appliances” in RPL to make it more complete. This is quite easy and need to be made as a stand-alone so I can add it again after the next upgrade of RPL. 4. Also before transferring the properties, I would need you to ad a few Regions in RPL to make it more complete. It is currently setup with Country>State>City>Zone and it should be changed to Country>Region>City>Zone and show up in Google Map. Lead capturing through different forms in the website. b. Automated property alerts c. Email notifications to the leads and agents (Matched Property Alert) d. Email Notification System for sending alerts and automatic email notifications to the clients, agents and admin when a property matches with a client requirement e. Ability to sell real estate CRM features through Membership & Payment Gateway Add-on f. Drop mail. Email all leads with monthly news letters & hot properties. After this is done I have 3 more Joomla website projects to complete plus the continues maintenance, so there should be work for several years. You MUST answer the following question else your bid will be rejected: I have done an extensive SEO work on the old website with thousands of back links to most of the pages on the site, so it is ESSENTIAL that we maintain the addresses of the transferred pages. If you want me to consider your bid, then you must tell me how you intend to do this. Freelancers will be preferred over companies.
