I need a very professional property website built that will be capable of handling a lot of traffic, easy to navigate, excellent SEO, CMS Google mapping and more importantly VERY stable. The site must be able to handle at least 3000 Real Estate Agencies, 1 million + visitors / month. Additionally the website must allow the Estate agent to manage their listings ON-LINE. This is to include secure login and then employee / user login. The agent must be able to control all aspects of the property listing via the website. An example of this information to be held can be found by downloading a standalone application at: [login to view URL];salerent=0 The same management control must be available online rather than via a standalone PC. You will see that it allows the agent to add comments and correspondence in relation to a particular property. The idea is to enable the letting agent to be with a client / customer and access their account when they are with them to add a property listing realtime and to be able to work virtually. ie they will be able to be out of the office and manage / create an account / new listing without being at office or location that has the management software.
