76533 rate your picture site

I am looking to add to a MYSQL exisiting 'rate your picture site' that allows for paying members as well as the current free ones - the site paying members will have access to both free and paid members pictures - although adult themed this is not a hardcore site I'd want admin access to manage the process -allow/disallow members, allow/disallow pictures etc. I'd want it PayPal intergrated with the ability to access/change prices/amend [url removed, login to view] I ever decided to sell the site. I'd want the licence so as I could sell this one site on with the option to purchase again/ have similar sites redesigned from you if this works OK The site will need some some website design with you using/creating from the original base design - I expect this to be no more than 1 or 2 pages Before purchase, I'd like to see a working demo and be fully satisfied on the admin etc. I attach great importance on communication and delivering within timescale - if I am satisfied I will use again and again for this type of project as i build these sites up to sell on Thanks in advance for your interest
