Website and logo

I would like a simple but effective website built and logo I am quite clear in what I would like but require someone with skills and imagination to help me fulfil this. The website Simple but effective page, my business is a repairs & maintenance business with a handyman service We are looking for the handyman side to be introduced first but the site must be able to have pages added to in future. I am looking for someone who can use their imagination for design and colours. (our colours are Black and White) I like the site [login to view URL] fpr graphics I must be able to update the website with content and changes especially with pictures. I want Two buttons that send an email to either callback (so the facility to fill their details in with phone number) I will supply what needs to be written and an email request form (again I will supply.) A page for testimonials/RSS feeds/twitter and facebook updates. A button for referrals to friends for percentage of when clicked it will give information of how you can receive the promotion. Some of the items on the front page should be photos of operatives carrying out maintenance.(you supply but I must be able to change in the future.) I expect a lot of communication and testing and will not pay any money until I am 100% happy with the product. I expect a maintenance support for months after. Add twitter and facebook buttons links on page. Logo Already designed just need someone to finalise and make into correct format If you are serious about this project please add the word 'Maintenance' before your quote. I will only look at these quotes. Please give a specific time line of when you will be able to fulfil the project. I would like the logo completed first as I think this will determine if you get what I require. I will require samples of websites logos you have already built. No payment until happy with works will only do escrow. Do not type your own payment terms as will not be excepted. I will however release an agreed amount on completion of logo and this will then be my property. A very rough crude drawing of logo submitted for you to do your best with, showing this as an example will be good. Thank You
