XBOX Fifa Leagues

I have a forum for an Xbox 360 Fifa league. We need someone to create a fixture generator feature for our admin team. List of needs: Leagues - We need a system where the admins are able to create leagues(8-20 teams) with a home and away game against each team in the league. Be able to pick the teams and their manager(site member) with deadlines. - Admins/mods be able to reset a score if needed and change team and/or manager during the season. - Each manager needs a home page where all of their fixtures are listed. - They need to be able to report home games - score for each team, goal scorers, yellow cards and red cards and add match comment. - Away teams need to be able to confirm games or report to league mod if their is a problem. - Table which shows Wins, losses, draws, goals for, goals against, and points. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 for a loss. Below table have a list of the most recent 20 games played. - Below the table shows top scorers, Top cards gotten. - mods/admins able to simulate games as needed. Tournaments(World Cup, Champions Lg etc..) - System to set up tournaments with a group stage followed by a knockout stage. with deadlines. - ex 32 teams, 8 groups of 4, top 2 teams advance to knockout - knockout stage - 2 games - aggregate winner for round of 16, quarter finals and semifinals/ and an option for just 1 games for these rounds like World Cup. - final is a one game championship. - Ability for mods/admins to simulate games as needed. Cups - 8 to 128 team cup for a single elimination competition. Like FA Cup in England. - Admin team able to pick all teams and their mangers with deadlines. - Admin/staff able to simulate games as needed. Friendlies - on the members home page they are able to report a non-competition friendly game against any member on the site. Managers Home page - Any fixtures for competitions they are in. - ability to report/confirm friendlies played. - history of all games played. Admin page - place to create leagues, cups and tournaments and set deadlines - sim games when needed. - team database access. Team Database - Need a page that lets us add leagues and teams for those leagues for every team in Fifa 13. Ex. English Premiere league - Aresenal, Everton, Fulham etc... - When you click on a team you can add/delete players - Ability to transfer players from one team to another. I know nothing about MySQL or PHP but I own a domain and access to several SQL Databases with my web hosting package I know im asking a lot for the price so I am not expecting to get any responses
