Here is the task that needs to run every day (we can use the scheduled task wizard of windows to run your batch file daily): Ftp the log-file from: C:\WINNT\system32\LogFiles\archives\w3svc1\ZIP FILES ARE HERE to: ftp://abc at [login to view URL] login: username pw: password We want all the ZIP files from a directory to be FTPed over (allow overwrite). Upon sucessful copy of the files, the ZIP files from the user's machine should get deleted. Love, Angel
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Just want to tell you that we do not want to install any software or framework (like .net, or anything)...
Thats why I thought of a BAT file or win32 console application.
Please confirm that you can accoumplish the task via the BAT or win32 console application.
We will then add that to the windows scheduler to run daily.
We want to make sure that the files from the machine should be deleted only once the upload was 100% successful.
(In case that is not possible/possible, just let us know).
Based on this, I will be selecting the coder in a day's time.
