Patient timer database progam

A company called Digichart made an Immunotherapy program that some ENT doctors liked but they no longer make it. I have an ENT that wants a program that does the SAME thing. Please watch the flash demo to see what it does but instead of a swipe card we were thinking of last 4 social security numbers and the possibility of going to fingerprint biometric. It is a simple database with a time for shots and notes for each patient. It does need to store their picture just like the demo shows but really should not be considered a HUGE project. I would like the ability to make changes down the road so I am not looking for a 1 time thing but rather develop a relationship for additions down the road. There should be a free download at the medisoft site or I can get you a copy for demo 2) There is a mixing component that "may" not be in the demo. Would prefer network based where data can either be kept on a server or a built in backup procedure to backup data easily. Language and db platform is up to you!!!!
