They should have a nice looking banner graphic (photoshop), and layout, with 5 to 10 basic pages such as: Home | Products | Links | About | Contact etc... **The links should be either pure CSS rollover buttons, or use 2 images + CSS to change state.** **The banners should look professional quality, not amateur.** Topics will be something like: Website Design Company Web Store Homemade Jewelry Web Store Internet Marketing Site eBook Ratings Site I will decide later whether I want PHP or .html files. If you can show me how to work with [login to view URL] template file I might want 1 template of those but is not a requirement. The templates should probably consist of tables + external CSS, probably not PSD because most people I don't think can edit those. They should be newbie friendly. I am open to ideas on the best way to do these. If you are good, I may need lots more work and have referrals!
