Wordpress App to Post Videos in Facebooks Newsfeeds with Timed Opt-In box

We are looking for a senior level facebook application developer experienced with developing facebook applications using facebook open graph, graph and connects api as well as other facebook developer features. You must be extremely experienced with connecting to other applications API to expand on the features of this application. API's we would like to integrate with for now are GoToWebinar Twilio Google Hangouts We need an application designed in wordpress that will connect to facebook and post video posts within the newsfeed area. We need the following features designed within the wordpress site which will then connect and post to facebook. From within wordpress the following fields should be designed where a user can enter data that will be used to manage the facebook post: Headline Sub-Headline Upload background images to be used as background templates for video Upload thumbnail image for video preview image Upload buttons that a user will use when person enters email and then selects button Timed event field The user can enter the number of seconds in this field which will create a timed event where a user can time how many seconds from when video plays that an optin box and button appear. Video Url - youtube, vimeo, viddler, or browse to any mp4 file hosted on local machine or elsewhere Facebook Fanpage url (where user can like page) Link to Redirect to any web page after they hit submit button on opt-in form Link to Redierect to any web page after they hit form entering their name and phone number Autoresponder html code field - The optin-box is connected to an autoresponder so that when a user enters their email from within facebook that email address is captured in your email marketing list. Gotowebinar event link - Users should be able to add a link to their gotowebinar event and the fields completed in the opt-in form will perform get post and register them at the same time for an upcoming webinar. These fields once completed and saved will create a page within the domain that looks similar to [login to view URL] and then the facebook post generated will look somthing like this [login to view URL] The flow of the user interaction should go something like this. When the user enters their email address and selects the button it then opens another tab in their browser where it has another form asking for Name and Phone number with a continue button. When they enter the continue button it opens another page in the same window with a button saying connect to facebook button or a link underneath to choose not to connect to facebook. Once they select either option it posts to their wall which is shared to all of their friends wall. they are then requested to like us on facebook which once they like on facebook they are taken to a thank you page or download or offer page. You should be familiar with API's and linking this application with various api's for future development.
