wordpress theme ready installed. Modify of template only

Please review this specific Wordpress Template before bidding on this job. [login to view URL] it will be installed in my host and you can modify it with wordpress. I'm a very flexible guy and same as this website. I just want it to look user friendly, have enough information for blogers to key in.. looks clean. I've a general idea about this project, but you have to make it work by figuring out the detail and linking of pages.. When finish, i need you to teach one of my stuff which have a little knowledge on wordpress how to update and control the website. need to be done in 3 weeks time.. the fastest the better of course. We will do own data entry. but first you can put in one or two sample listing or so. Give me ideas on how to make this website run nicely..
