Populate "PAD" table fields

Attempting to add a "Shareware" database to a web site, to distribute shareware programs. I have have uploaded all required PHP files. They seem to work as they are supposed to. Have configured a "PAD" table on MySQL database on server. 19 fields defined in accordance with PAD specifications, according to ASP (Association of Shareware Professionals). Need to populate the fields in the PAD table with XML files provided by shareware authors specifically designed to fit the table. Sample XML file is attached. Start with files from ASP website; but exclude files where the title begins with "!". If you are not entirely familiar with what I'm describing, please don't bid.
