Redesign/Relayout , Ajax, PHP Skills needed for website

Current website (similar to youtube being developed). I am in need of a very talented and skilled PHP / CSS / Ajax / Mysql person to assist. - I will require a developer to work with me on finishing a website project. This project has most of the functionality built, but there is still some more things needed, more on adjusting the functionality that exists, or replacing it entirely. Such things that are needed include: Redesign, Relayout current site. Functionality works in most places, would need things to be relayed out as to new designs. Designs, psd files, colors, etc will be provided. Implementing the new design by converting existing code is required. VERY STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF CSS AND AJAX IS A MUST. Advanced Search Engine Drops down beneath top banner. Hide/Show type feature:(similiar to hide/show at [url removed, login to view]) WSYWIG Comments Box (users can post comments to videos, images, etc like youtube, but comments box would have wyswig enabling user to put in a link or upload attachment - like a mini forum section - would have ability to do: B I U Color Link Attachment) Spell Check / word suggester (for misspelled searched words) check out youtube for this. Sort Items (Ajax, Database). Ability for users to organize their thumbnails by dragging the data up and down (similar to the long column here: [url removed, login to view]) Saved order would also show in the rest of the site.T There could be other items as well that come up so its extremely important to have very strong PHP, CSS, Ajax, MySQL skills.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
