Fix a PHP bug in backend.

There is a bug inside a customer portal where a client fills out a form at Front end and tries to log in to the backend portal afterwords. Does not matter who tries to log in, it logs them in to an nonexistent case. The case has been manually removed from the database PhPMyadmin, but it still shows up in backend.
