Modify WP RENTALS Template - Visual and functional changes in Submission Form and Frontend.

Dear Freelancer Community, We need: Visual and functional changes in Wordpress Template "WP RENTALS" in submission form and front end. Template -> [login to view URL] For what do we need it: Platform to find shared flats in Medellín and connect (foreign) students of the city. The site is in English and Spanish and will be handled by WPML Plugin Timeframe: 2 Weeks There are various changes which has to be applied, these ones are the biggest: SUBMISSION FORM: - Change submission formular fields and logic to make it easier submit a property, Basic idea of what is to do you see in the images 1-5. - Add possibility of "Roommates" like in Image 6 - Change logic of time from days to months (image 7) - Add tab to submission form in order to 1) submit different rooms belonging to one property, and 2) having these displayed in the property page in an new row, so people can take a look on the different rooms of a property. - Owner of the property has to introduce the address of the property and based on the address the property will be automatically related to one of the specific neighbourhoods of the city. (Image 5) GMAPS: - Work with a Google Maps which includes points of interest like metro stations, universities and sights - Display neighborhoods in the MAP SEARCH FUNCTION: - Change names of some fields PROPERTY PAGE: - Hide some information - Change some informations - Work with the new GMAPS These are the main changes, there are some more information available.
