Hello Sir, I got your issue after lookign at the screenshot that inspite of a variation not being available the produdct is shown. Actually woocommerce still shows the product but just hides the add to cart button. But as you dont want to sell products on your site hence I think that feature is not of your use. I have worked on 2-3 of such similar projects where I needed to customise this action of woocommerce where it shows add to cart button. I will actually write some custom code which will be hooked to this action of hiding/showing of add to cart button based on availability of variation. This custom code will then also hide the product if corresponding variation is not available. Kindly contact, best solution will be provided in this regard at proper cost. My Work includes 20 days free of cost bug fixing if any. It never happened with my work yet though.
