SmartExecutive Adapter CTI in Salesforce allows Below Mentioned Scenarios
(1) Track incoming calls from customers.
(2) Create tickets with phone numbers.
(3) Direct incoming calls from customers to respective Salesforce owners.
(4) Make outbound calls using Click to call feature.
(5) Track outbound calls to customers.
(6) Create new or map existing Lead, Contact and Personal account for all inbound and outbound calls.
(7) Create a new case or map to the existing one for all inbound and outbound calls.
(8) Agent status can be changed directly from the salesforce UI for call centre customers.
(9) Real time call status (Ringing, Answered, Hangup, etc..) tracking for all outbound calls.
(10) Track call disposition and call log notes for all calls.
(11) Call recording is available for all answered calls.
When the incoming call coming from customer it should match the exist records through mobile number like lead,Contact and Personal Account then
it will popup the records in next tab along with customer data which is existed in salesforce CRM.
Then Saleforce Agent/owner can tag the feedback of the customer there itself and also we need to intigration dialer panel on left side of the panel that could be use of outbound call status or inbound call status by using dialer panel saleforce user can able to make call or recieve the call.
