Write an Arduino Traffic Light Software

It is necessary to implement the traffic light for both vehicles and people by using the Arudino platform. The traffic light system contains the traffic light for vehicles (green, yellow and red lamp), traffic light for pedestrians (red and green lamp), the push button by which the pedestrians can request the green light, and the seven segment display showing to pedestrians how many seconds there are left until the red light goes on. The traffic light should be realized in the way that the green light is on for the vehicles, and red for the pedestrians when there are no pedestrians. When the pedestrian pushes the button, and the green light for the vehicle was longer than 6 seconds, the yellow light turns on for the vehicles. This state lasts for 2 seconds, after which the red light for the vehicles turns on, and the green light for the pedestrians turns on. This state lasts for 6 seconds after which the red light turns on again for the pedestrians, and yellow light for the vehicles, which lasts 2 seconds, and afterwards green light turns on for the vehicles, and the red light turns on for the pedestrians, which lasts until the next call of the pedestrian and the least of 6 seconds. While the green light is on for pedestrians, there should be a seconds counter on the seven segment display, counting the seconds left until the next green light for pedestrians. In all the other states of the traffic light, seven segment display should be off. Following the instruction written, I need a programe and linking scheme for the process.
