Add a contact form to my home page

My website is paulstott-photography.co.uk. It runs on Wordpress and uses the Vega theme. The theme has a content builder that I use on the home page to add the slider and the paragraph of text. The content builder doesn't have a contact form and if I remove the content builder and try to add a contact form I can't get the rest of the page to work. Eventually, I am going to transition to a one-page theme with a blog but in the meantime, I would like to add a more professional call to action on the bottom of my homepage for those mobile users that are just quickly scrolling on my home page and are not going to navigate elsewhere and find my contact form. Ideally, I want a contact form added at the bottom of this page but still enabling me to add more functionality using the Vega content builder. I would like a contact form with similar functionality to the one on my contact page. Ideal project for someone that wants to do a quick job and get an excellent review.
