Add value to eLearning Team project (Web Mobile Coding Learning Platform & LMS)

There are some great online learning tools, but this one is custom made and is based on what we have conceptualized (a relatively novel way of teaching code via mobile) directed at youth in emerging markets and underprivileged communities. What we want are: Basics: • Login / Auth (We have this basically setup.) • Save and Share (We have this basically setup.) • View progress on courses (Were thinking of using WP LMS Extension LearnDash for this.) • Have a dashboard where we can see data per school, district, province and country. User Features: • User engagement and pop-ups based on user behaviour (e.g. took too long till next slide. Failed challenge twice, etc.) • Sharing websites made in project "Gallery" Section (with user rating/likes and comments, etc.) Criteria: • Use SUPER light (download size) framework as still most (peri-urban) areas in Africa data is prohibitively expensive and slow. • Functional on medium and even low-range smart phones. Additional info: - We're using a lot of static HTML/CSS because we want to keep it light. We need it to be linked up to an efficient, fast auth service and backend and also to integrate with WP, as we will most likely host a LMS (Learner Management System) there. - We need someone with a bit of experience in eLearning and WP, with also some experience in building a complex webapp framework from scratch. Who would like what tech to start with and what features to lean on a OTB (out of the box) solution for.
