IP Address Location Database / Script Needed (PHP, MYSQL)

Looking for someone who already has the latest version of IP 2 Location or someone who can get me an up to date list of IP Addresses with their:
- County
- City
- State
- Latitude
- Longtitude
- Zipcode
I 'd like the IP address list to be inside of a MYSQL database, and when a user opens a page for their location is pulled from the database in a very efficient way that doesn't put much load on the database or slow the page speed time down.
If you know a better method other popular sites use I'm open minded thanks.
