Hi There Instead of using ELB I'd suggest to go with Application Load balancer coz it routes traffic across multiple target groups inside a single EC2 which helps to get Blue-Green Deployment out of the box when used with Docker ECS service Looking forward Joy

It sounds like you want to deploy a docker based application behind an Elastic Load Balancer in AWS. I have deployed many docker applications as well as installed the docker service on CentOS7 and Ubuntu 16.04 hosts. I can assist you in building docker images as well if you do not already have that part figured out. I usually like to use docker-compose for simple docker deployments however AWS does offer the ECS service EKS services if that is what you prefer. I would probably use Ansible for configuration management if this is going on a single instance but might look at cloud formation or terraform if you are deploying an entire infrastructure.
