Anime download website

I want a website similar to [url removed, login to view]

What I want is a website with a download section that paying subscribers can download episodes... I also want it to be fully automated integrated with paypal.

I also want a fully operational admin section. I want it where admin is able to modify layout, modify user accounts, check stats, e-mail members, ban members, add episodes. modify episodes, & etc (will get more in detailed after the project starts)
