App for check in check out service

We need an app to that will check in and check out our product for our customers with an Admin panel. The customer will first sign up to our subscription service through the app creating their account and providing credit card or Paypal information. Their subscription allows them to borrow our product. The main page will give the customer the option to "Borrow" where they will use the app to scan a unique QR code for that store. This will register on their account that they have borrowed the product, when and where. "Swap" option allows them to return an item to the shop and borrow again in one transaction when they scan the unique code to that store. "Return" option allows the customer to return the item by handing it to the attendant and scanning the unique QR code. The transaction is recorded on their account. " log" icon will allow the customer to open a page that shows them how many products they have out at that time. When and where they were borrowed. "Shop finder" opens another page where locator will find a participating shop in relation to your location displayed on a map. The search option on this page allows the customer to search for a participating shop by entering location or name of the shop. Top right hand corner will be the "person" icon that will open a page with this menu. Account details- opens page with Name, postcode , email and password. Option to change details and Save. Payment method - Opens page with Card details and option to edit. Paypal details and option to edit. Share - opens sharing options to share details about our service via socials, email and text. Terms and Policies - Opens page with our privacy policy and Terms and conditions. Back on the main page the in the top left hand corner there is a menu bar. This about menu includes the following - "how it works" opens to another page/menu including the following options. "watch video" - plays animation of how it works. "find cafe" - opens page that explains the option of how to search for a participating store. "order and scan" -opens page that explains the process. "Return" -opens page that explains the process. About menu selection 2 - "About us" this opens to another page that tells our story. About menu selection 3 - opens to info page About menu selection 4 - opens to info page About menu selection 5 - opens to info page This is a basic description of what we need for the app. I'm not sure of the technical term but I also need all the framework that will be used by our administration. The ability to be able to track our product. Supply numbers. Customer information. Ability to grow with the business. We have a graphic designer who can make it look pretty.
