About my client:
Construction and machine rentals
Objective:
Provide a tool: mobile android app (iOS would be nice but not mandatory) and web to manage maintenance machine
APP/WEB Control client mechanical SOS tickets in web/app with integration with ONE IM/AIM (Whatsapp, telegram, wechat .. other)
- receive and manage tickets
- basic input forms and instant photos (not upload)
Actors:
- Manager
Local of work: office (desktop) or external (mobile app)
Will receive calls or emails requesting assistance for machine repair/maintenance
Will input system with new tickets
Will manage technician on tasks and keep up what was done on machines
Will make reports to area manager
- Technician
Local of work: External: on the field (mobile app)
Will take or receive assignments
Will repair or give maintenance to machines
Will do reports of their actions on the field

(2.2) before: machine checklist form, identify main problems and set tasks, tasks instant machine photos (not upload)
(2.3) machine repair/maintenance form (replaced parts, new ones, oil and other services
(2.4) after: update machine checklist form, final check and task instant machine photos (not upload)
(2.5) close ticket
Instant Messenger (IM) posting on group (or telegram bot or similar)
Post types
(1) Ticket Status (periodic)
(1.1) all not assigned tickets/task
(1.2) all assigned tickets (time, machine id, technician)
(1.3) all started assignment (time, machine id, technician)

APP must work offline internet connection
One technician can only have one opened assignment at time
