Attribute Drop Down Add-On Cost For Product Page Plugin WordPress WooCommerce PLEASE READ

We need to have a custom plugin build based on our needs: We are trying to duplicate the functionality we have in an older shopping cart. Requirements: 1. Size Drop Down Attribute must establish base price. 2. Color Drop Down attribute must add percentage cost to base price for specific colors. 3. Optional Effect Bullet Attribute must enable child attribute for color 4. Effect color must increase total cost by varying percentages.<br> Must be built as a plugin that can be added or removed from store. No coding to themes or other areas. Must function as attribute (we will be bulk importing attributes) Must display attributes on product page, cart page and invoice. Simple layout. No need for lots of options for attribute screens. Below is an example of what we currently have in our old shopping cart system. ([login to view URL]) It would need the functionality of one attribute (size) setting the product price and the others increasing by a percentage. The only part of the plugin we don't need is the lengthy pop out window when setting the attribute. ([login to view URL]) We would need three or four of the fields listed. [login to view URL] shows the data entry screen which could also be tightened so its easier to fill out and add (we will be doing this alot) Please read, understand and be able to communicate what is required on this project. Bids without reading or with bad communication skills will be deleted. We will have more woocommerce plugins and widgets needed. This will be the first of them. Cost will need to be less than $40.00 completed and tested.
