Auto create wordpress site and clone existing to it

I have wordpress setup e.g. [login to view URL]
After customer buys a package on my site, they will have ability to create their own wordpress instance [login to view URL]
I want you to create a site setup phase where:
1. After payment is received, they get email to be directed to 'site setup'
2. Customer will be directed to a site setup phase where they can choose their 'site name' e.g. 'customersite' so that it will create [login to view URL]
2. They can preselect some of the settings that will be used, e.g. logos, images, titles, urls, usersetup
3. After customer completes the site setup, '/template' will be automatically cloned to /'customersite'
4. However /customersite will also use some of the settings
5. A user will be created based on the site setup settings and emailed a url link/or redirected to their new site [login to view URL]
