Automatic File Sender & email name capture

Hi Folks. The project is this. My payment gateway company (For my web-site) will send me an email confirmation every time a customer has paid me. Inside this email body is the email address of the customer. I need to be able to parse this email address, and then have a "File" automatically sent to the customer via email (This file is a .pdf). Secondly, I'd like to be able to automatically add this customer email address to an "Address book" of sorts, so I can have an on-going list of all customer email addresses, and if possible, the dates of when the email address was added to the "List".
