Avada site - with custom website design

!!! READ FIRST & BID FINAL AMOUNT !!! You will need to create new website, with a custom design, using Avada theme. It's a static website with static content (text & images), nothing dynamic. No need to copy all website pages/content, we just need the design and main pages content. Requirements: 1. Design needs to be similar for specific areas, but not all (homepage content, sidebars, footer, fonts, sizes, colors) 2. All CSS/JS/Source Code/Scripts will be done within Avada-Child-Theme (not on main theme folder) 3. We will provide the hosting account for development with FTP access to Avada-Child-Theme only (to avoid changes on any other files) 4. No additional plugins than plugins included in Avada theme. 5.
