Bring life to half finished website

Looking for someone capable of customizing my site. It's a video based website. I'm looking for someone to see my project through to the end. I compiled a list of some of the immediate errors the site is experiencing that I noticed, listed in priority. Since the site is not functioning I can't tell if there will be more issues if so I would like someone dedicated to addressing them. You will be compensated for major changes if necessary. I currently have a plugin that auto fetches descriptions to add linked video details/tags from sites like youtube, vimeo etc. This plugin is overly complicated and I would like to find a better option. I need a plugin with an auto fetch option that also retains formatting on the video descriptions. I also need to be able to upload videos on my end to the server. Upload videos onto server with functioning descriptions and a relative date from original site to mine. 2. )Fix Video display/upload order (newest to oldest) 3.)Enable the video rating buttons (thumbs up, thumbs down icons and 5 star rating) 4.)View count for videos not updating. 5.)Paid plug-in called Video-Blogster Is not working. Its interfering with the display. I want videos date description to be customizable. The plug-in is designed to auto fetch video data from third party sites onto mine. Other easier options with same function I am open to. 6.)I want videos from other sites to auto fetch the description and fetch tags but my concern is being able to copy and paste descriptions with formatting and hypertext intact. 7.) Clean up any errors (spelling, backend issues, SSL, etc.) 8.) This project consists of custom work and an understanding of reverse designing.
