build backend for customers to log in and post projects and backend for mechanic users

Customer Updates 1.I need a backend where customers can log into and see their project they just posted I have designs made to help you and the customers need to be able to post new projects when they are logged in. Our site is [login to view URL] its made in php larval. [login to view URL] errors I need fixed is our system locks customers out once they input a cell phone number you cant use it again for another project. We only want the email address to be saved in our system so users can use the same phone number on multi accounts/projects. Accounts go by email is how I want it programmed. The email address will be the username to log in. [login to view URL] is a typo on step 3 when clicking get estimate page and it posts a repair job before you post a job the word "order" is spelt wrong. Mechanic Updates - 1.I need a backend where Mechanics can log in and see the newest projects that get posted in the state they are in. They wont be able to see the phone numbers or email address of the customers for each project. I need to be able to assign the mechanic user to the job. And I need to be able to add notes the projects that only admin can see. When I assign a order to the mechanic they need to get texted The Order Number and Status : Assigned . We use the text system [login to view URL] 2.I need a backend where mechanics can log into and sign up for to our system I have screens for that. As well. All the photos and data will be shown to mechanic and admin users to see in the mechanic profile page. Admin Updates 1.I need a area in my backend that will show all the mechanics that signed up like a list with name and state and city and I can search by state / Mechanic Name to find the mechanic and I can edit the mechanic info in my backend and add notes to the mechanic profile page. 2. and 1 more thing the meta descriptions on the blog are not showing up once blog is posted we need that fixed as well
