build customized player video for YouTube/Vimeo/Dailymotion

Hello I need a video player that will only work on a local network with an Internet connection for my tests. To make sure what we talking about, did you understand what I mean about my project ? On my own HTML5 video player, any URL from YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, must works with in auto audio ducking embedded. The function add to the player button. play, pause, full screen, volumn, subtitle, audio track (over voice). The subtitle .srt and the audio tracks .wave or MP3 must to be uploadable. Your headset of your computer or smartphone volume is 100%, the stream URL video from YouTube Dailymotion on the video player is 100% volume as well, you play the video, and you have in first some music, and someone starting to talk, right now the volume of the video stream must be reduced automatically at 50% but your headset or smartphone stay 100%. Everytime someone starting to talk, the player streaming must automatically volume reduce at 50%. So if someone doesn't talk, the volume stay as the headset or smartphone 100%. The design of the page and the video player does not matter. Single page on white background. No need for a CSS file. For more information contact me.
