Build a Database that will track 16 employees

I am looking to build a database that will track a project. Here is the rundown of what I would like. Please forgive me, while I can paint a picture with my words, I might refer to something incorrectly or I might even be asking for more than Access can do. Here we go:
I have a team of 16 people that I need to track a few things and see a “dashboard”.
The Dashboard will show –
• Their Name
• Their Start Date
• Their Schedule
• Their Phone Number
• Their MTD Quality Score
• Their MTD Hold time
• Any Corrective actions
All of these would be pulled from an excel sheet that I currently track, but I would need to be able to add scores and pdf’s right from the Dashboard. So, it would look like this (not visually, just a verbal picture, sorry.):
John Doe
His address, phone number and start date
He works Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
His MTD QA score is 92.5
His AHT (average hold time) is 1:45
He is currently on 3 corrective actions
If I click on his Qa score (92.5), it would show me the actual PDF’s for each of his scores for the month. I then have the option to add a new score. I would be able to add a PDF of the score, but plug in the date of the new score, the score itself and the person who scored him. That in turn would update the dashboard.
If I click on the AHT (1:45) it would show all of the hold times by each day. It would also allow me to add a new AHT which would update the dashboard.
For corrective actions, when I click on corrective actions it will pull up any and all corrective actions per each category (lets say the categories are “corrective action”, “coaching”,” 30 day” and “Conversation Letter”.) if I need to add a new one, it would allow me to upload a new PDF and have a category for what type of corrective action it is. It would then update the dashboard.
