Hi I shall try to give as much detail as possible At Smartbites we would like to provide takeaways their very own app and website for their customers to order directly from them. We would like to white label this out. Have a look at vojon balti app on the app stores, as i would want it to look and feel the same way. Please see below the requirements and have you done anything like this in the past? Website and Mobile App (iOS and Android): Customers have the ability to - browse menu details - to order food online - Able to pay cash on delivery - able to collect food and pay cash - ability to pay online - ability to manage their address & profile details - Recieve order related notifications - Enter their postcode and should be able to determine whether the customer is within delivery range/area. - Food will be shown by categories in the screen or user can search food by searching TOP categories with their name. - The user can view menu items in that category - Add items to the cart, can remove items as well from the menu page aswell as checkout area - Enter voucher code, if applicable. - Proceed with checkout (Prior that user has to be proceed with the registration or login) - Receive confirmation email on successful payment - User can view order history, change password. Restaurant owner get the features - Login area - Edit profile - Manage customer details - Manage categories - Manage Menu items - Receive/view/delete orders - Change order status - Assign Orders - Manage delivery guys - MAnage delievery area - Update the status - Preparing/ food ready/ delivered/ collected - Reports - Based on orders, Menus, customers etc.., - ability to send notifications - export report externally *please see attached what the restaurant admin should sort of look like Admin features - As above as restaurant owner plus the following - manage restaurants - Reports - Get complete report on customers / restaurant & orders - ability to create log in details for restaurant owners Restaurant owners should be able to receive and accept orders on a andriod tablet and be able to print via thermal printer.
