Build a Laravel Eloquent / MySQL query

I have a query in Laravel Eloquent and need someone to help create it.
The logic is follows, the user can create their own criteria to send mails to customers in the database.
The criteria they can set is:
Customer has { exactly / more / less} {X} visits DONE
Customer last visited {exact / more / less} {X} days ago
Customer first visited {more / less} {X} days ago
Customer logged in using {email / facebook / twitter}
Customer is {male / female / both} gender
The database looks something like the following:

Separate eloquent queries can be made. The last query regarding gender cannot be done as it is not stored in the table . You may provide your files for me to code the eloquent queries. Thanks
