1) Build a platform where users can ask questions related to personal finance in India and experts and answer the same. It will be great if they can get points for their actions/contribution on the platform and be part of leaderboard.
2) Want to start with Website and later build an app. Would want to have a feature on users and experts being able to filter each other by distance and location to be able to connect offline too.
3) I am aware of the free Q&A plugins available in wordpress (DW Question & Answer) and open source forum platforms, so please be smart in submitting your quote. I am ok to use those without much customisation. Anything similar to stackoverflow or quora will work.
