Build me a roster with excel

i need a roster built from an excel spreadsheet for my dental practice there are 3 chairs/surgeries. this is fixed. i have multiple dentists in those chairs, some days, there will be only 1 dentist working, other days all three chairs will be used. i have multiple staff. each dentist must be working with at least one dental assistant. some times, there will be two assistants in the surgery with a dentist. i also have reception desk. at the moment there is only one person on reception but in the future there may be two. i need a spreadsheet for my rosters. i must be flexible. it must be clear: * when does each employee, dentist and assistant, start and finish * how long was their lunch break * which dentist is paired with which assistant * which chair/surgery are they in * what was the total hours worked on that day for each employee (minus their lunch break) * total hours worked per employee over a rolling fortnight and how that compares to their contracted hours * who is on leave * who has a RDO (rostered day off) * if the assistant is doing a split shift, which assistant is working in the morning and who is working in the evening and what times does the change over happen the roster must be clear and easy to read and use
