Admin can login and view his dashboard .In his dashboard he can manage employee and set their reporting manager. also admin can edit designations Things that will include in adding a new employee- name,email id, designation,full time or consultant(drop down) set password, reporting manager Admin can also add parameters for drop down menu for daily work reporting of employees(for reference see attached fig1). Also if some one selects work from home then his daily work report should go directly to a certain email id set by admin. then there comes performance section where admin can see performance of each employee and their daily work report. If admin clicks on the name of employee another page opens and then he can give rating (for reference see attached fig2). And then he can view their report by selecting in date and out date and also see how it represents in pie chart(for reference see attached fig3).He can also download the work report of employees from which date to which date in excel sheet by selecting which all employees he want in checkbox Now we come to employee dashboard -he can login and file his daily work [login to view URL] can only file work report for today and yesterday only. and if he is a reporting manager of employees then he can open daily work report filed by employees and give them rating. employees can edit for a particular work report only that day. next day they [login to view URL] REPORT TABLE(for reference see attached fig4). If employees do not file work report till 8pm then a reminder mail should go to their email id.
