Build a website

Attached are some Capability Statement Templates (all are word templates). We need a functionality where users can select one of these templates & edit online with their information & then can download their modified copy of CS in PDF (one copy should remain available under their account dashboard). For now this feature will be free for registered. Not critical but we would prefer a visual edit, drag & drop or live preview kind of feature added. One approach to achieve that could be using the HTML version of these templates and then use some JS lib like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Other could be to use WP CPT with some editor ete. Or you can use wordpress inbuilt features to generate these templates on fly with user input details using placeholders. Let me know if you / your are confident to handle this project with an estimate and a deliverable timeline. P. S. We will have more templates like the attached.
