Build a website

i need an online store for my business. we are a manufacturer and reseller of workbenches for the industrial and mining industry's. there are 4 main product categorys 1. Racking Workbenches 2. Bolt Together workbenches 3. Welded frame workbenches 4. Accessories each category would have approx 30 different products. each product has a specific part number and can be ordered. Custom made workbenches. Categorys 1, 2 and 3 would need a CUSTOM MADE section where customers can fill in a form for a quote. this would be for workbenches with specific size, colour or options. the form i image would be a standard form with about 8 questions (with drop down multiple choice options and/or an input field). that form simply gets emailed to my sales team and they can get work out a quote for the customer. each specific product would need a image, product name/title, ADD TO CART button and then users click the product to have a pop up of more infomation. i like how the products are set out on the page here ([login to view URL]) i like the pop up product information when you click a product here ([login to view URL]) in the checkout, payment options: paypal, credit/debit card or direct deposit. freight options: next day courier $30 (Perth metro area only), customer pick up, request quote (for outside perth metro area) some examples of some racking workbenches are attached. i have further content infomation on excel spreadsheet for successful applicant. We are currently working on a logo and branding for our online store. it is a simple rectangle logo and our colours are red and black. i am after a website builder who is a good communicator, able to complete this project in 4 weeks, trustworthy and has a good understanding of making a website user friendly. i would also like someone who i can build a long term realtionship with for future website management and upgrades/fixes etc. Regards, Edward
