Build me a website

I need dynamic PHP website, very simple. It will be used a project, it will not go online. As it`s going to be shown to people, it needs to have comments on the code to show what the code is doing. Needs to work with an sql database and needs to be fully working, even if the graphocs are not perfect. No more than 6-7 pages in the whole project. The website should be secure, data driven and include following functionalities : New user account registration, (customer name, phone #, email address, home address info (street, city and postcode), and password),User login, Activities search (by place name and date), Add/update activities bookings from the database. Administrator Functionality: • Admin login • View customers’ booking requests • Insert/update/delete bookings Web Security functions: • Form validation and sanitizing data using PHP functions • Prevent SQL injection using Prepared Statements • Cross site scripting (XSS) or cross-site request forgery (CSRF) using PHP filters
