Build A Website (Dealing with Bitcoin)

Budget is $200 please confirm you understand this. If you put over budget i'm sorry you will not be accepted. I am after a website with certain pages and certain special effects. The budget has already been decided. I have included a document you must read and answer the questions in it there is four. I have made it easy to find them questions. If you don't answer them questions i will not look at your proposal. There is 4 days to build the website and get everything working. Please show me your portfolio and tell me why i should choose you. I am looking for a person with a creative flare and passion. Show me what you can do impress me so i can impress my team. I have no problem with a theme being used as long as you can move code around. You must know that theme inside out. Be warned if you are late on this project we will give a one star and if you can not do what you say you can do a one star will be awarded. On the other hand if i like you and my team does we will put you through to the next process there may well be a bonus for the winner in the process. And i do give really good reviews.
