Building a complete website

I like to have same website as [login to view URL] . Instead of sportsbook feeds within [login to view URL], you will use my XML data from 55 sportsbook(More than 40 of them has same structure to fetch).I will provide these feeds on chat. Every single functionality must be same as given website including widgets within the site(widgets will require more features). As addition to this site there will be features such as: 1. Sports livestream feature like in [login to view URL],[login to view URL],[login to view URL] . 2. Multilanguage option (English as default, i will add other languages by time) 3. New betting sites and XML feeds must be able to implemented for future 4. Chatbox on sidebar(language option to display) 5. Surebet email notification with affiliate links and bonus amounts (option on settings and surebet page) 6. Top user prediction on sidebar 7. Live stream list under streams 8. Bookie finder (country option) 9. Adding Avarage odds feature to user profiles 10. Match Highligts for major leagues In case we need other API i would like to know in advance. Time is very important since i worked with other developers and lost tones of timesince they could not complete the site. So please be sure that you have read all requirements and examined the given sites before make an offer. If you start your offer by typing Merhaba , i will understand that you have read all requirements. Others will not be considered.
