Cambiar el proveedor de envío de emails transaccionales en una app que ya funciona

Hello, I have a PHP backend admin panel for android and ios app, all works fine, the problem is developer uses [login to view URL] for transactional emails, I just need someone who can integrate [login to view URL] instead of msg91, it's easy I think, for someone who knows about this.

the guy told me all is in this folder:

I don't know how to do it, so that's my request, I have all set and done into [login to view URL], the domain has all the validations and DNS configurations
