Cloneforest Theme Development

I want to to Update the Default Cloneforest Theme Changes I want to make in Front End 1. Header Section ([login to view URL]) > I want to have 1 other New Menu that need to create from back-end php customization required >. I want to change the Search module >. I want to Update the Header Slider > Community link forum if possible integrated with same database 2. Products Grid([login to view URL]) > I want make new look/layout for Products, New Products, Power users etc. 3. Product Category Section ([login to view URL]) > In the section i want to add list view of products and want to make similar layout like home page. > left side category menu want to have new look of css 4. Footer Section([login to view URL]) Want to update Footer Section design and css Backend Admin / User Sections User Area 1. Products upload section want to have some small changes in php and css. 2. User area new look Admin Area. ([login to view URL]) 1. Want to customize product approve section 2. Want to customize front end menu section as explain in header changes at start. 3. Product delete section need to customize And maybe some more changes but all if you see its minor level changes. Any Designer or Developer who want to bid on the project follow these things. 1. Should show the final theme mock-up before start 2. payment will be paid after complication of work no advance milestone i will pay. Reason - I had very bad experience in past working with developers in freelance and odesk both. 3. Should finish work on given time. no excuses or sorries. Thank you
