Build code that will collect data from an external website (probably using Cron) and put it into a Mysql database.
Details:
We wish to collect the information from the Nazarene Church website, and load it into our own database so we can search the data more effectively than their website allows.
Each of their reports is stored like this (with a different ID# for each location):

We want this data collected into our own mysql database. There are thousands of records, so they should be accessed by a non-browser process, like Cron. The code should function so that it can be set to run periodically (probably every 4 months) to update the database.
A front end is not essential to this project, if we can simply access the database through PhpMyAdmin. However, a front end would be appreciated if it is easy to do and doesn't add much to the project. For that, we want to be able to search easily by the various column headings, and return a list of church locations that meet the search criteria.
