Create, Design and install on my hosting server a shopping cart program that is unique, clean professional, and simple. The site can not look like a cookie cutter shopping cart program. The site needs to be able to offer products with options, add them to the cart while offering volume discounts, a secure payment gateway utilizing Paypal and my existing [login to view URL] accounts. The website shopping cart program should be able to properly calculate local tax and shipping according to size and weight including freight. The cart must have the capabilities to automatically send email notifications to both admin and the customers. The web design and shopping cart should include the following pages... Unique home page with large rotating slide show header. ( I have seen a stationary background with a no background graphics slide show) that looks pretty good. Category pages should be set up to look like a well designed web page. Bid should include search bar, Customer Logon and shopping cart links. Free Quotes page, with form page and a Free Lighting Analyst Savings form page. The bottom of the page should have the site links, shipping, payment and association logos. The design needs to be search engine preferable and work with tablets and phones. The program should have an admin login that will allow me to change, add, modify and delete products without any prior html, php, script or code experience. The shopping cart program should be part of the project bid and have no current, future or monthly fees. This includes add-on modules and extra fees. We know there are several shopping cart programs that will do what I am asking, I am asking for bids for your expertise to know what the best program is and have the experience and creativity to create a one ofa kind a design around that program. For the right person, this is a simple request. Once the project is awarded, the designer will create a mockup of the site and request the graphics with dpi, format and size. We will provide the graphics you need. The site is for a environmentally efficient lighting fixture and bulb distributor offering both product, installation and service. We offer LED and Induction Lighting products and services. Customer will be able to order shipped parts or we will completely relamp entire businesses saving them thousands in maintenance and energy cost.
