Connect IPTV android application with database in Linux server

Hello,
Please read the project description first and then bid.
This is a very small project for connecting our IPTV android/Linux Application with the back-end API.
API here means the database containing all user and channel information for our IPTV application.
We accidentally reinstalled os for our current application server, which contained our database and PHP files for channels and user management.
Your Job:
1. Setup Linux environment
2. Import IPTV database from backup (Backup will be provided by us)
3. Check our android application connection with the database. If the database is installed correctly, the application will get channels list with logos. To get channels, the application should pass our authentications method, Mac ID and Pass. The developer should disable this authentication method in android application source code for testing purpose.
4. After connection setup, modify the PHP code for application admin panel to add/remove channels and user information from the database.
