We have a web contact form that works to send an email to a gmail account. There is an autoreponse setup in the gmail account that doesn't go out becuase the reply to address appear as the web form server host name. Need the following script to also send reply to address instead of hostname.
<?php
$name = $_POST['name'];
$telephone = $_POST['telephone'];
$email = $_POST['email'];
$hearabout = $_POST['hearabout'];
$topic = $_POST['topic'];
$comments = $_POST['comments'];
$message = "
Name: $name\n
Phone: $telephone\n
Email: $email\n
How Did You Hear About Us: $hearabout\n
Topic: $topic\n
Comments: $comments
";
$from = "From: $email\r\n";
switch($topic) {
case "Prevention":
$to = "email1@[login to view URL]";
break;
default:
$to = "email2@[login to view URL]";
}
mail($to, "Website Contact Form", $message, $from);
